White Cabbage Salad

Based on https://www.lecker.de/orientalischer-weisskohlsalat-64567.html:

  • Cut the white cabbage in fine slices.
  • Massage the cabbage with olive oil, vinegar, and 1 tablespoon sugar, finely grinded ginger.
  • Let it stand for 20 minutes.
  • Cut fine slices of carrots.
  • Optionally cut slices of green salad. (Leave out when you want it to stay good longer.)
  • Optionally chickpeas.
  • Cranberries cut in half.
  • Parsley if available.
  • Black sesame seeds pour on top.
