Lasagna

Repeat the following steps until the oven dish is full, with cheese layers in between:

  1. About 1 centimeter of red sauce.
  2. About 0.2 centimeter of bechamel sauce (can be Frischecreme natur mix with milk 50/50).
  3. One layer of lasagna sheets.

Put cheese at two layers in between and one layer on top.

Put in the oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.

Red sauce

Ensure that veggies are cut small enough.

  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Smoked tofu
  • Carrot
  • Optional: Red wine (at this point cook water out)
  • Tomato sauce without pieces (because the sauce already has pieces)
  • Tomato purred
  • Optional: Spinach instead of tomato and carrot.
  • Optional: Parsley
  • Spices: Italian herbs, salt, pepper, paprika, bit chili, rosmarijn, krauter di province, thyme, oregano
